1. Har Roz Thoda Chalna Shuru Karo

Walking ek sabse aasaan aur effective exercise hai. Roz sirf 30 minute tez chaal se chalne se aap apna weight control mein rakh sakte ho, stress kam kar sakte ho aur heart ko strong bana sakte ho. Agar aap busy ho to lift ke bajaye seedhiyan chadhna, office mein short walk lena bhi madadgar hai.

2. Hydration Ka Dhyan Rakho

Paani peena sirf garmi ke dinon mein nahi, balki har season mein zaroori hai. Dehydration se energy level low hota hai, aur metabolism bhi slow ho jaata hai. Roz 8-10 glass paani pine ki aadat daalo.

3. Sahi Aur Balanced Diet Lo

Crash diets se kuch nahi hota. Apne meals mein fruits, vegetables, protein (jaise daal, paneer, ande) aur healthy fats ko shamil karo. Processed aur oily foods se doori banao. Ghar ka bana khana sabse behtar hota hai.

4. Neend Poori Lo

Neend ki kami se body ka hormonal balance bigad jaata hai, jo weight gain, irritability aur health problems ka reason ban sakta hai. Rozana kam se kam 7-8 ghante ki gehri neend lena zaroori hai.

5. Stretching aur Yoga Ko Apnao

Roz subah ya shaam thoda yoga ya stretching karne se flexibility badhti hai aur stress kam hota hai. Simple asanas jaise Surya Namaskar, Balasana aur Pranayama se shuruaat karo.

6. Consistency Sabse Zaroori Hai

Ek din mein koi miracle nahi hota. Fitness ek lifestyle hai. Har din thoda effort daalna padta hai. Chhoti chhoti changes — jaise sugar kam karna, raat ko jaldi sona — lambe samay mein bada farq laate hain.

7. Apne Aap Se Compare Mat Karo

Fitness har kisi ka apna journey hota hai. Social media par dikh rahe “perfect bodies” ko dekh ke apne aap se niraash mat ho. Apne goal pe dhyan do aur apni progress ko celebrate karo.
